On May 1, 2001 we announced the acquisition of the Bamal Corporation's Automotive Division in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Bamal is one of the largest and most sophisticated providers of automotive platform management and logistical services.

We believe their capabilities compliment our vast array of existing services and supports our strategy of owning the customer's total experience from product design and technical consultancy to system integration and innovative services.
